Yukihiro Ishihara, Koichi Okada and Kazunori Toda participated in the JSCE Annual Meeting held in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The conference is organized annually by the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE).
Okada and Toda presented their latest research findings. In addition, Ishihara served as a session chair for a space-related session.
